Communication: At TopMinisite.com we primarily use email to communicate with our customers. Once ordering with us you can expect to receive emails regarding your order within 24 hours but usually 8-12 hours, if you have special requirements please contact us to arrange a solution. Due to the manner of our services, business hours can sometimes affect our response times.

Revisions: We have developed a system which allows for revisions on a project. The three revision made by us is usually free but subsequent ones will have our clients billed a minimal fare. To avoid disappointment, please explain in detail what you require.

Delivery Time: On the average, 3-14 days is required. This depends on our current work load and the size of an individual project. For any urgent project please contact us to ask for the availability of "rush service" and quote. We cannot quarantee this rush service available on the time you order because due to our overload of works sometime.

Photoshop Source File (PSD): If your design is totally unique and no stock images have been used, then you may request a flat .psd. Otherwise, due to copyright and licensing restrictions I am unable to provide original .psd files due to the risk of possible redistribution. If in any rare case the original .psd files are required, a fee may apply. If you have any further questions on this issue please contact us.

Refunds: On any package or custom orders we will be happy to refund if the services ordered do not meet your requirements and no solution can be determined. The refund amount will be determined by taking all aspects of the order into consideration (usually 50%-70%) however you will "not be eligible for a refund" once the job is 50% completed. This is up to the judgment of TopMinisite.com, and we reserve the right to deny any refund request or we feel these terms and conditions have not been met.
